How installation works

    Plan

    Use the instant estimate, then email us your plan. We reply with questions and arrange a site visit.

  2. 02

    Survey

    We check wiring, devices and compatibility on site. We measure each track and check power and fixing points.

  3. 03

    Design & quote

    You receive a written proposal with confirmed devices, prices and what is excluded.

  4. 04

    Install & configure

    We install, set up scenes and schedules, and test every circuit, zone or track.

  5. 05

    Handover

    We walk you through the app and wall controls and leave a simple summary of your setup.

  • Curtain fabric and sewing
  • Tracks over 3 m or curved/bay tracks (priced on survey)
  • New power points near tracks
  • Ceiling or pelmet works

Compatibility

  • Existing track upgrade only works if your track is motor-compatible.
  • Lengths over 3 m and heavy fabrics affect motor and track choice.
  • Blinds and roller shades are assessed separately.

Questions

Can you motorise my existing curtains?

If your track is compatible, yes: we add a motor. Otherwise you'll need a new motorised track, which the estimator lets you choose.

Do curtain motors need power?

Yes. Most need a power point near the track. If there isn't one, an electrician will need to add it.

How is a curtain counted?

One motorised track equals one unit, even if it carries a pair of panels.
