How installation works

    Use the instant estimate, then email us your plan. We reply with questions and arrange a site visit.

    Survey

    We check wiring, devices and compatibility on site. We identify each circuit, its load and whether the fittings are dimmable.

    Design & quote

    You receive a written proposal with confirmed devices, prices and what is excluded.

  4. 04

    Install & configure

    We install, set up scenes and schedules, and test every circuit, zone or track.

  5. 05

    Handover

    We walk you through the app and wall controls and leave a simple summary of your setup.

  • Light fittings, bulbs and LED drivers
  • New lighting circuits or rewiring
  • Fixing faulty existing wiring (reported if found)

Compatibility

  • Not every LED fitting dims smoothly; we test or advise on replacements.
  • On/off and dimming circuits are priced differently in the estimator.
  • Wireless and KNX lighting give different keypad and scene options.

Questions

What is a lighting circuit?

A group of lights controlled together by one switch. Count switch buttons that control different lights. Three buttons controlling three different light groups = 3. The same lights switched from two places (e.g. top and bottom of the stairs) count once.

Can all my lights be dimmed?

Only if the fittings or drivers are dimmable. We check this on survey before confirming dimming.

Will the wall switches still work?

Yes. Smart switches and keypads replace your switches and work by hand as well as from the app.
